    Binh Duong - The Provincial People's Committee has adjusted the area, purpose, and form of land use for the Lai Hung Urban - Service - Commercial Area project.

    This project was approved for Vinh Quang Joint Stock Company as the investor located in Lai Hung commune, Bau Bang district, Binh Duong province.

    Accordingly, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province decided to adjust the land use purpose with an area of 383.573m2. After adjustment, Lai Hung Urban - Service - Commercial Area project has a total area of 304,880m2 of residential land in rural areas in the form of land allocation with land use fees; 349,526m2 of land allocated by the State without land use fees for public entertainment areas and traffic works...

    Land lease with one-time land rental payment for the entire lease term with an area of 83,115 m2 to be used for the construction of educational facilities, market land, medical facilities, commercial land and construction of sports facilities.

    The People's Committee of Binh Duong province requested the investor to organize infrastructure construction according to the approved detailed plan. At the same time, payment of land use fees and land rents to the State budget according to regulations.
