Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed a decision to adjust and supplement a number of contents stated in Decision No. 683/QD-UBND dated March 2, 2007 of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee on land allocation to the State Treasury of Vinh Phuc province to invest in the construction of the Me Linh State Treasury in Me Linh Administrative Area, Dai Thinh Commune, Me Linh District.
Accordingly, the name of the land user recorded in Decision No. 683/QD-UBND dated March 2, 2007 of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province was adjusted from "Vinh Phuc Provincial State Treasury" to "Hanoi State Treasury".
The additional form of land use is "The State allocates land without collecting land use fees". Adding a land use term is "long-term stability".
At the same time, add responsibility to relevant agencies, organizations and individuals. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment hands over boundary markers on the map and in the field; issues certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land according to regulations.
The People's Committee of Me Linh district performs the function of state management in the locality, supervising and inspecting the management and use of assigned land areas, within the boundary and boundary markers, for the right purposes according to the provisions of law.
Other contents stated in Decision No. 683/QD-UBND dated March 2, 2007 of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province will remain in effect.
