The People's Committee of Dong Anh district is responsible for contacting the Department of Agriculture and Environment to receive land handover on site; organizing the implementation of technical infrastructure construction according to the approved investment project, ensuring the overall planning and synchronous connection with technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure. At the same time, the district needs to prepare and approve the master plan, ensuring that there is no interleaved land area, and that land is used economically, effectively, for the right purpose, boundary and area. In addition, the District People's Committee must implement the investment project in accordance with the provisions of law.

In Decision No. 1753/QD-UBND, the City People's Committee assigned 17,891.1m2 of land in Kim Chung commune to the Dong Anh District People's Committee to build Hau Duong Village Primary School, Kim Chung commune.
Of the total area of 17,891.1m2, 12,832m2 of land is used to build primary schools; 5,059.1m2 is land for traffic and technical infrastructure.
Dong Anh District People's Committee is responsible for the origin and use of land, site clearance, and ensuring compliance with current regulations on construction investment project management. The district is also responsible for guiding the procedures for granting Certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land according to regulations; using land for the right purpose, boundary, and assigned area; implementing investment projects, accepting, handing over works and putting them into use according to regulations on asset management.
In Decision No. 1756/QD-UBND, the City People's Committee assigned the Thanh Tri District People's Committee 5,244.13m2 of land in Tam Hiep commune to implement a project to renovate, expand and renovate the Huynh Cung village cemetery, Tam Hiep commune.
Thanh Tri District People's Committee is responsible for contacting the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to receive land handover on site; issuing a Certificate of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land according to regulations; using land for the right purpose, boundary and area assigned. The district must also implement investment projects in accordance with the provisions of the law on land, public investment, construction, planning and environment.
In Decision No. 1765/QD-UBND, the City People's Committee assigned the Thanh Tri District People's Committee 7,903m2 of land in Huu Hoa commune to implement the Huu Hoa Secondary School upgrade project.
Thanh Tri District People's Committee is responsible for contacting the Department of Agriculture and Environment to receive land handover on site; issuing a Certificate of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land according to regulations; using land for the correct purpose, boundary and assigned area. The district must also implement investment projects, accept, hand over works and put them into use according to regulations on real estate management.
In Decision No. 1764/QD-UBND, the City People's Committee assigned 70,574.2m2 of land in Ngoc Thuy and Thuong Thanh wards to the Long Bien District People's Committee to implement the project of building parks and lakes at planning block A.3/CXKO in these two wards.
The People's Committee of Long Bien District is responsible for contacting the Department of Agriculture and Environment to receive land handover on the map and on the field; responsible for the origin, land use process, site clearance, ensuring compliance with current regulations on construction investment project management. The district must also implement the project according to the approved content, comply with the construction drawing design, ensure the overall planning; use the land for the right purpose, boundary and assigned area.
