On December 26, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Binh Thuan province announced the plan and list of land plots to be auctioned for land use rights in 2025.
According to the list, 21 land lots and 3 land plots put up for auction for land use rights in 2025 are all located in Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province.
Of the 21 plots of land with two frontages, 18 are in the A&E residential area in Thanh Hai ward, Phan Thiet city. The remaining 3 plots are in the Suoi Ba Tien residential area in Phu Trinh ward, Phan Thiet city. The plots will be auctioned individually and are all urban land with long-term land use.
The auction list also includes land in Zone I, which is part of the land fund on both sides of Vo Nguyen Giap Street, with an area of 48.39 hectares. The land type is urban residential land, traffic land, and commercial services.
Commercial service land of 5,430.5 m2 in A&E Thanh Hai Residential Area, Thanh Hai Ward, Phan Thiet City.
The 3,999.7 m2 land in Phu Trinh ward, Phan Thiet city is residential land combined with commercial services.
The auctioned lands all have long-term land use terms and will auction the entire land area in one auction package. The form of land use is all State allocated land with land use fee collection.
