According to the reporter's records, in early July, on many streets, people in the newly merged wards from Hoa Binh to Phu Tho began to change their signs, update their addresses and personal documents.
The change is not only reflected on each small sign but also reflects the proactive adaptation process of the people to the important transformation period after the administrative unit officially changed its name.
On Nguyen Thai Hoc, Cu Chinh Lan, Tran Hung Dao streets..., many businesses have begun to remove old addresses and edit address information to suit new administrative boundaries.

Mr. Nguyen Van Long, owner of an electronic equipment store in Hoa Binh ward, said: "Immediately after receiving information about the new ward in Phu Tho province, I re-set the signboard to match the ward name and the new provincial name. Although the change is a bit expensive, I support it because it helps business operations to be clear, without confusion about addresses with customers and shipping partners".
The proactive psychology of the people is not only demonstrated through the change of signs, but also through the timely updating of personal documents.
In Tan Hoa ward - a newly formed unit after merging Tan Hoa ward, Hoa Binh commune and Yen Mong commune, the atmosphere of administrative procedures in the past 2 days has been quite bustling.
Ms. Tran Thi Hoa (64 years old), residing in Group 3, said: "I came to adjust the information on the land cover because there were errors in the expiration date. At first, it was a bit confusing because they were not used to the new procedures, but the ward staff gave instructions very enthusiastically. Now, paperwork is very quick, there is no longer the whole waiting scene like before".
Not only the people, the authorities of the newly merged wards are also working to ensure that all procedures and administrative documents are updated quickly and in accordance with regulations, without affecting people's civil transactions.

In Hoa Binh ward - the new ward of Phu Tho province, established on the basis of merging 7 old wards of Hoa Binh city, the working atmosphere of the local government and people is quite urgent.
Talking with reporters, Mr. Nguyen Huu Luyen - Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Ward, said: "We have proactively arranged staff to support people at the one-stop department. People who are using online public services for the first time are guided in detail step by step".
According to Mr. Luyen, on the first day of July, the ward received and processed nearly 100 records related to procedures such as document authentication, residence confirmation, land use, etc.

In addition to supporting people to update documents, many agencies and units are also adjusting the legal title and names in the administrative document system and economic contracts, ensuring synchronization with changes in administrative boundaries.
Although there are still many confusion in the first days of the transition, the majority of people have expressed their consensus and hope for a new development stage under the name "Phu Tho".
The proactive change of signs, adjustment of addresses, and updating personal documents demonstrates the positive and responsible spirit of the people in accompanying the government in effectively implementing the policy of arranging administrative units. This is also an important first step for the process of integration, stability and sustainable development in the future.
