On July 2, the Office of the City People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 10064/VP-DT on inspection and handling of information from people related to encroachment on public land, illegal construction, and violation of construction order in Dai Thanh Urban Area, Dai Thanh Commune.
Regarding this, Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the People's Committee of Dai Thanh Commune, and the Office of the City People's Committee to urgently inspect and review the above reflections, strictly handle violations (if any); propose and report to the Chairman of the City People's Committee before July 5, 2025.
On the same day, the City People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 3865/UBND-NNMT on organizing the implementation of compensation, support and resettlement when the State reclaims land to implement projects in the city.
Accordingly, to ensure the progress of investment projects in the city, especially key projects of the country and the city, the City People's Committee has directed the People's Committees of communes and wards to urgently receive and preside over the implementation of compensation, support and resettlement for land acquisition projects according to the authority prescribed in Decree No. 151/2025/ND-CP and Decision No. 38/2025/QD-UBND, ensuring compliance with procedures, publicity and transparency.
Prioritize the focus of resources, human resources, and implementation time to ensure meeting the implementation progress requirements for key projects of great significance in socio-economic development, people's security, national defense and security.
For 19 construction investment projects in wards and communes, the People's Committees of communes and wards involved are required to provide information on the leadership units of the People's Committees in charge and the civil servants assigned to the task of synthesizing and reporting the results of compensation, support and resettlement, and send it to the Department of Agriculture and Environment before July 10, 2025 for general synthesis.
