On December 23, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province announced that Vice Chairman of the province Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang signed a decision to recognize the results of the auction of land use rights to implement Project Point No. 2 (2-2), belonging to Nhon Ly - Cat Tien Beach Tourism Area in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone (Cat Chanh Commune, Phu Cat District).
The winning bidder was Phu Gia Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company (headquartered in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh), after bidding more than 368 billion VND, nearly 39 billion VND higher than the starting price.
The project land has a total area of over 40 hectares, divided into different functional areas. In particular, the tourism service land includes tourist villas, hotels, resorts, and commercial service buildings, occupying an area of over 14.4 hectares...
In particular, for more than 34.6 hectares of commercial service land, the State will lease the land for 50 years, paying the rent once.
For public green land (more than 0.7ha) and water surface beach land (more than 4.8ha), the State does not assign, lease or issue Land Use Right Certificates.
The objective of Project No. 2 (2-2) in Nhon Ly - Cat Tien Beach Tourist Area is to build a modern tourist area, including tourist villas, hotels, resorts, restaurants, souvenir shops, karaoke and other business activities, to serve tourists.
The project has a total investment of over 2,200 billion VND (excluding the land use auction winning money). The project implementation progress shall not exceed 60 months from the date of the land lease decision.
