The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2614/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 Land Use Plan of Thanh Tri district and Decision No. 2637/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 Land Use Plan of Gia Lam district.
According to Decision No. 2614/QD-UBND, approving the adjustment and supplementation of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Thanh Tri district, which was approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 210/QD-UBND dated January 13, 2025.
The content of adjustment includes increasing the land area for project implementation at a project; Additional adjustment of rice land area, do not change the area of land implementation, in 2 projects; Additional list of 27 projects with a total land area of 302.53ha. In particular, most of them are new registered projects such as upgrading Huu Hoa commune Secondary School; upgrade A Lien Ninh preschool; Tan Trieu social housing area; renovating, expanding and embellishing the People's Cemetery campus of Huynh Cung village, Tam Hiep commune; Building a road connecting Hoa Binh bridge to Nam Linh Dam urban area and many auction projects for agricultural land fund used for public utility purposes in the district's communes.
In Decision No. 2637/QD-UBND, approving the adjustment and supplementation of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Gia Lam district, the City People's Committee approved Decision No. 122/QD-UBND dated January 8, 2025.
Accordingly, 12 works and projects with a total land use area of about 284.57 hectares are adjusted and supplemented in the List of works and projects implemented in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Gia Lam district. These include important projects such as: Investing in the construction of infrastructure for hapro food industrial cluster; investing in the construction of a High School for Smart Technology; renovating, upgrading, and expanding Nam Son inland waterway to Gia Lam general port area; renovating and upgrading National Highway 1A from the new Duong bridge to the end of Gia Lam district...
