Mr. T.N.N in Ha Tinh reflected that Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP clearly states the dossier for management of materials and bulk products, but does not see any records for input materials.
Mr. N asked, are the input construction materials and the materials quality management documents the same? If not, what does the input material file include?
The Ministry of Construction responds to this issue as follows:
The 2014 Construction Law, amended and supplemented in 2020 and the decrees and circulars guiding the Construction Law do not have regulations on "input materials".
The management of the quality of construction materials, products, structures, and equipment used for construction works is stipulated in Article 12 of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP dated January 26, 2021 of the Government detailing a number of contents on quality management, construction and maintenance of construction works and Article 7 of Circular No. 10/2021/TT-BXD dated August 25, 2021 of the Minister of Construction guiding a number of articles and measures to implement Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP and Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP.
The dossier for quality management of materials, products, structures, and equipment used for the project is stipulated in Clause 5, Article 12 of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP.
