Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 30 of Decree 100/2024/ND-CP on income conditions for purchasing social housing.
Accordingly, for subjects specified in Clauses 5, 6 and 8, Article 76 of the Housing Law, the following income conditions must be ensured:
a) In case the plaintiff is a single person, with actual monthly income not exceeding 15 million VND, according to the Salary Table, the salary is confirmed by the agency, unit, or enterprise where the subject works.
In case the plaintiff is married according to the provisions of law, the plaintiff and his/her wife (husband) with a total monthly income shall receive no more than 30 million VND in equity according to the Salary and Salary Table confirmed by the agency, unit, or enterprise where the subject works.
b) The time to determine income conditions for 1 year in a row, calculated from the time the subject specified in this clause submits a valid dossier to the investor to register to buy or rent-purchase social housing.
Accordingly, for the following 3 subjects, it is necessary to confirm income to buy social housing, including:
- Low-income people in urban areas.
- Workers and laborers working at enterprises, cooperatives, and cooperative unions inside and outside industrial parks.
- Cadres, civil servants, and public employees according to the provisions of law on cadres, civil servants, and public employees.
For the above subjects who work in 2 places, it is necessary to confirm that all places where they work are confirmed by the agency, unit, or enterprise where the subject works. The time to determine income conditions for 1 year is 1 year, starting from the time of submitting valid documents to the investor to register to buy or rent social housing.
- In case the plaintiff is a person working in both places and a single person, with actual monthly income, the plaintiff shall not exceed 15 million VND as agreed in the Salary and Salary Table at all workplaces confirmed by the agency, unit, or enterprise where the subject works.
- In case the plaintiff is a person working in both places and is married according to the provisions of law, the plaintiff and his/her wife (husband) with a total actual monthly income shall receive no more than 30 million VND as agreed in the Salary and Salary Table at all workplaces confirmed by the agency, unit or enterprise where the subject works.
