The People's Committee of Cao Bang province has just issued Decision 821/QD-UBND on approving the first phase of adding two works and projects to the 2025 Land Use Plan in Trung Khanh district. This decision is to meet the needs of developing electricity infrastructure and exploiting minerals for common construction materials.
Accordingly, two additional projects include the project to improve the operational capacity of 35kV power lines in the eastern area of Cao Bang province. The project has a land use area of 0.024 hectares, deployed in Trung Phuc and Quang Vinh communes of Trung Khanh district.
The goal of the project is to ensure stable power supply for areas with a large power supply radius, serving people's daily life and production.
Next is the project to exploit limestone as common construction materials at Phia La mine.
With an area of 3.73 hectares, this project is located in Son Lo hamlet, Cao Chuong commune, Trung Khanh district.The inclusion of Phia La quarry in the land use plan will facilitate the exploitation of construction materials to serve the needs in the area, contributing to promoting the local economy.
The People's Committee of Trung Khanh district is assigned to be responsible for publicizing this additional information in accordance with the provisions of the law on land and reporting the implementation results.
Other contents are still implemented according to the 2025 Land Use Plan previously approved in Decision No. 1970/QD-UBND dated December 31, 2024.
The supplementary decision takes effect from June 21, the Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Chairman of the Trung Khanh District People's Committee and heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementation.
