The progress of basic construction and putting the project into operation or exploitation is divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 (TTTM 1): It is expected to complete related administrative procedures, start construction, complete construction and put the project into operation within 36 months from the date of issuance of the Decision approving the investment policy and approving the investor.
Phase 2 (Shopping Mall 2 and parking building): Within 10 years after phase 1 opens and depending on the economic situation of the locality and region.
The project is implemented in Binh Nhut area, Long Hoa ward, Binh Thuy district, Can Tho city with a total construction floor area of the entire project of about 195,073 m2 (excluding the basement).
Decision to approve Hoa Lam Can Tho Investment and Development Joint Stock Company as the investor to implement the project.
Accordingly, the unit is responsible for contacting the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Construction, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Transport, City Police, Binh Thuy District People's Committee and related units to carry out procedures for land, construction, traffic connection, fire prevention and fighting safety, environmental impact assessment reports, Environmental licenses according to the Construction Law, Land Law, Environmental Protection Law, Fire Prevention and Fighting Law, other relevant legal regulations and directive documents of the City People's Committee.
