On January 18, the People's Committee of Truong Xuan commune said that the locality had just issued a warning about the situation of some brokers and "land brokers" providing false information to defraud and profit; and at the same time, advised people to follow the correct procedures and processes according to the provisions of law.
According to the People's Committee of Truong Xuan commune, in the past time, the locality has been implementing the review and declaration of land areas originating from agricultural and forestry farms and handed over to the commune for management.
Taking advantage of this process, some brokers and "land brokers" have committed acts of fraud and profiteering from people's lack of understanding.
To protect the legitimate rights of the people, the People's Committee of Truong Xuan commune requests people to absolutely not believe in invitations about "relationships" or the ability to "process" dossiers quickly.
According to the People's Committee of Truong Xuan commune, the process of issuing land use right certificates is carried out publicly, transparently, in accordance with the order and regulations of law. No individual or organization has the right to interfere in this process.
The People's Committee of Truong Xuan commune also advised people not to hand over money or original papers to brokers.
When there is a need to find out information, people can go to the Receiving and Returning Department (Public Administrative Service Center of Truong Xuan commune) or contact the responsible civil servant directly for free guidance.
In addition, people need to raise their vigilance and promptly report to the Commune Police or leaders of the Commune People's Committee when detecting acts showing signs of fraud.
