Paying more than 143 billion VND for site clearance of VSIP Thai Binh phase 2 project

Hung Yen pays more than 143 billion VND in compensation and site clearance support for 153 households, serving the VSIP Thai Binh industrial park phase 2 project.

On May 5 and 6, at the hall of Dong Thuy Anh Commune People's Committee, Hung Yen province; Land Fund Development Center No. 2 coordinated with the Commune People's Committee to organize a conference to pay compensation and support for site clearance (GPMB) for the VSIP Thai Binh industrial park project (phase 2 - phase I).

Accordingly, the project proceeds to pay money to 153 households and individuals with land and assets according to the compensation and support plan for site clearance in Tan An, Tan Dung, Tan Cuong, Tan Truong, Tan Phuong, Tri Chi Nam and Chi Bo villages. The total amount of compensation and support paid to households is more than 143 billion VND.

At the conference, households were specifically guided on procedures, information check and money receipt according to regulations. Payment work was deployed publicly, transparently, and to the right beneficiaries, ensuring the rights of people whose land is recovered.

Organizing timely payments contributes to accelerating the site clearance progress, creating favorable conditions for the VSIP Thai Binh Industrial Park phase 2 project to be implemented soon, helping to promote socio-economic development in the locality.
