The Property Auction Service Center (Hanoi Department of Justice) has just issued an announcement to auction the right to use public agricultural land in Phuc Son commune, Hanoi city managed by Phuc Son Commune People's Committee for individuals in the locality to lease for agricultural production and aquaculture.
According to the notice, the property auction organization is the Property Auction Service Center (address No. 2 Quang Trung street, Ha Dong ward, Hanoi city).
The person with auctioned assets is the Project Management Board for Investment - Infrastructure of Phuc Son commune (address No. 319 Thuong Lam Trang street, Phuc Son commune, Hanoi city). The auctioned assets are the right to use public agricultural land in Phuc Son commune, managed by the Commune People's Committee.
The purpose of land use is for agricultural production and aquaculture, in the form of land leases paid annually by the State.
The land lease term is 10 years from the date of the Decision approving the winning auction results.
During the land lease term, if the State recovers the site to implement the project according to the plan, the land leaseholder is responsible for handing over the site to the State to ensure the project implementation progress.
After the 10-year term expires, the land leaseholder is responsible for recovering assets, crops, and handing over the land to the local government to prepare auction dossiers for the next phase.
The total area of agricultural land is 11,266.4m2, including 2 land plots as follows:
