Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Vuong Quoc Tuan has just issued instructions on accelerating the implementation of the Investment Project to build a new urban area, tourism, ecology, culture, resorts, entertainment in Tu Son city and the old Tien Du district (sub-zone 112.3 and Sub-zone 112). now in Tam Son ward and Tien Du commune.
Accordingly, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan requested the People's Committees of Tien Du commune and Tam Son ward to focus on directing and mobilizing the local political system to carry out the task of site clearance (GPMB); identifying this as a key task with important political significance in implementing the socio-economic development goals of the province.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province also assigned specific tasks to localities, land fund branches and departments and branches to speed up site clearance in the above two projects.
Investors are responsible for closely coordinating with departments, branches and localities to carry out compensation, support, resettlement and prepare funds to promptly pay people whose land is recovered.
According to the reporter's investigation, the New Urban Area project, tourism, ecology, culture, resorts, entertainment in Tu Son City (sub-zone 112.3), invested by Tay Bac Investment Company Limited.
The urban area has a scale of 199 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 11,200 billion VND. The current status of the project is mainly agricultural land, traffic, cemeteries, no housing works.
The project to invest in building a new urban area, tourism, ecology, culture, resort, entertainment in the old Tien Du district (sub-zone 112.1) is invested by Tay Ha Noi Investment Company Limited.
This is a mixed-use project including a high-quality housing area combined with resort tourism, commercial services, and entertainment. The population is nearly 27,000 people. The total investment is more than VND 19,700 billion.
According to the plan, the project has more than 3,300 townhouses, 602 villas, 30-storey mixed-use apartments and 20-storey social housing.
Bac Ninh is one of the industrial capitals in the North, concentrating a series of FDI giants in the fields of technology equipment manufacturing, electronics, and semiconductors.
In recent years, Bac Ninh has also become the destination of a series of large investors in the real estate sector.
A series of new urban area projects are being accelerated in this locality.

The Prime Minister agreed to upgrade the construction of Gia Binh airport to international scale, from level 3C to level 4E.
Hanoi City has also agreed on the plan to build a nearly 50km, 120m wide road connecting Gia Binh airport with the center of the capital.
