According to the results published on the National Public Service Portal by October 14, 2025, Bac Ninh province reached 91.7/100 points, continuing to maintain the No. 1 position nationwide in the Index for direction, operation and assessment of service quality to people and businesses in performing administrative procedures and public services in real time in the electronic environment.
This is the 4th consecutive week that Bac Ninh has topped the country in the above index.
Component indicators remain high, digitalization records increase to a record level.
This week's results show that all component indexes of Bac Ninh have remained stable and grew positively. The index of file digitalization reached 20.78/22 points, up 2.07 points compared to last week - the highest increase among the indicators.
The index of file processing progress reached 19/20 points, approaching the absolute level. The online payment index reached 10/10 points - the maximum completion.
The satisfaction index of people and businesses reached 17.86/18 points, remaining stable at a very high level. The publicity and transparency index continues to remain at 15.64/18 points, reflecting the consistency in information transparency and administrative procedure settlement.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province requires agencies and units to continue to improve the quality of real data, reduce the rate of additional records required, ensure 100% of records have valid electronic results; at the same time, promote comprehensive online public services, expand the digitalization of results in essential areas such as land, business registration, social protection, civil status... to create maximum convenience for people and businesses.
After the merger, Bac Ninh province has 99 communes and wards, with a natural area of 4,718.6 km2; population of 3,619,433 people.
The locality has 33 industrial parks with a total area of over 10,100 hectares, with an occupancy rate of about 56%.
Bac Ninh province currently has the 5th largest economic scale in the country.
