    On July 2, the Drug Administration of Vietnam (Ministry of Health) suspended circulation and recalled 7 cosmetics with formulas that were not as advertised.

    7 cosmetic products of Dong Nam Global Pharmaceutical Company Limited. This enterprise is registered at No. 12, Lane 40, Nguyen Chinh, Hoang Mai Ward, Hanoi (enterprise code: 0110539718).

    The list of products to be revoked includes:

    ME LINE 01 CAUCASIAN SKIN (receiving number 243285/24/CBMP-QLD, issued on July 11, 2024)

    INNOAESTHETICS INNO-TDS XEROSKIN-ID (receipt number 234983/24/CBMP-QLD, issued on May 5, 2024)

    INNOAESTHETICS INNO-DERMA DARK SPOT ERASER 24H CREAM (receipt number 234976/24/CBMP-QLD, issued on May 5, 2024)

    INNOAESTHETICS INNO-EXFO REDNESS PEEL (receipt number 240521/24/CBMP-QLD, issued on June 6, 2024)

    INNOAESTHETICS INNO-EXFO TCAGE (received number 247909/24/CBMP-QLD, issued on August 20, 2024)

    INNOAESTHETICS INNO-EXFO SKIN RECOVERY (receipt number 242690/24/CBMP-QLD, issued on July 7, 2024)

    ME LINE 02 CAUCASIAN SKIN NIGHT (receipt number 236277/24/CBMP-QLD, issued on May 16, 2024)

    The reason for the revocation was determined to be that the products had formulas that were not as published as the documents, violating regulations on cosmetic management.

    The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the Department of Health of provinces and centrally run cities to urgently notify cosmetic businesses and users in the area to immediately stop the circulation and use of the above products, and at the same time, recall and return the supplier. Violating units will be inspected and handled according to current regulations.

    For Southeast Global Pharmaceutical Company Limited, the Drug Administration requires businesses to send recall notices to all distribution and use points; receive products returned and destroy all 7 products that do not meet regulations. The enterprise is responsible for submitting a revocation report to the Department before June 25, 2025.

    The Hanoi Department of Health is assigned to supervise the recovery and destruction process of Southeast Global Pharmaceutical Company Limited and report the results to the Drug Administration before June 30, 2025.

    The Drug Administration has issued a notice for the Departments of Health, businesses and relevant agencies to seriously implement the recall decision to ensure the rights and health of consumers.
