On the morning of October 23, at Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, a serious intentional injury occurred, injuring many people, causing chaos in the hospital area.
According to initial information, the incident occurred at around 10:00 a.m. the same day. Due to personal frustration, an unidentified man (suspected to be a patient's family member being treated here) used a weapon to attack, injured many people and then committed suicide in a hospital room.
Immediately afterwards, the doctors and nurses urgently took the victims to the emergency room and reported to the authorities.
Upon receiving the report, the police force quickly arrived, deployed professional measures, controlled and arrested the subject for investigation and handling according to the law.
The incident caused many people to panic, some people filmed, took photos and posted them on social networks.
