According to information from the Department of Construction of Quang Ninh, the detailed planning project of the project was approved in Decision No. 964/UBND dated April 11, 2023 and adjusted in Decision No. 11856/QD-UBND dated October 7, 2024.
The project has a total construction area of 8,496.4 m², including an old apartment building of 5,717.5 m² and a traffic and technical infrastructure area of 2,778.9 m².
The apartment building has 2 blocks, one of which is 35 floors high for commercial services and offices, the other is 12 floors high for apartments and kiosks.
The number of resettlement kiosks is 40, 145 resettlement apartments and 621 apartments.
The total investment capital of the project is about 1,783.2 billion VND, the implementation progress is expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2027.
Previously, the apartment project at lots 6, 7, 8, Tran Hung Dao ward, Ha Long city was deployed since 2016.
Also since 2016, residents of this apartment complex have been relocated to make way for the project. However, due to problems in site clearance, the project has been delayed.
By March 2024, Ha Long City People's Committee held a conference to collect opinions from apartment owners on selecting the project investor.
Then, in July 2024, the People's Committee of Ha Long City issued Decision No. 8931/QD-UBND "On approving the compensation, support and resettlement plan for owners and users of apartment buildings in the project to renovate and rebuild the old apartment building lots 6, 7, 8, Tran Hung Dao ward, Ha Long city.
The joint venture of IGGHALONG Joint Stock Company and Global Financial Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company is the project investor.
