On November 17, the provincial Department of Construction announced the selling price of social housing in the Residential Area Project according to the planning in Long Thanh commune.
According to the published information, the above project has an average apartment selling price of 4 blocks of more than 21.6 million VND/m2.
Social housing under the residential area project according to the planning in Long Thanh commune has an area of over 2.5 hectares, including 4 blocks of 7-storey apartments and 628 apartments.
This is the first social housing project in Long Thanh commune as well as the area surrounding Long Thanh airport to be implemented to meet the housing needs of workers, civil servants, public employees, people and households whose land for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway was reclaimed but did not meet the conditions for resettlement.
According to the plan, in December 2025, the project will complete the construction of 2 blocks, more than 300 apartments; the remaining 2 blocks will be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
