According to the instructions of the People's Committees of communes and wards in Khanh Hoa, workers, households, and individuals who want to buy, rent, or lease social housing must register information on online forms before submitting documents to the investor.
When a group of cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces have a need to buy, rent, or lease-purchase social housing in the province, they must register information via an online form at the address provided by the competent authority.
For workers, households and individuals living in the area, the Department of Culture and Social Affairs of the wards is responsible for posting registration links on digital media platforms for people to conveniently implement.
People who want to buy, rent, or lease social housing can access the online form to declare information before submitting the application directly to the investor.
The investor is responsible for: Guiding those who need to register information online before receiving the application (for cases where they have not registered).
Enter information on the list of proposed settlements for purchasing, renting, leasing social housing and send it to the Department of Construction for inspection and determination of the correct beneficiaries.
Update data on cases that have signed purchase, lease, and lease-purchase contracts at all projects, including projects that have completed signing contracts.
Receiving the application must include a receipt, and the list of application processing will be based on the order of information registration on the system until the time of receiving the application.

Progress of social housing development in Khanh Hoa
According to the report of the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province, by October 2025, the whole province is implementing 4 social housing projects with a total of 7,518 apartments.
In which: 2 projects are under construction with 3,809 apartments, including the Cam Nghia ward social housing project (3,485 apartments). It is expected that by the end of 2025, 1,857 units will be completed, the rest will be completed in 2026.
In 2025, Khanh Hoa was assigned by the Prime Minister to have a target of 2,846 social housing units. It is expected that the number of completed and started apartments in the year will basically reach 100% of the target; the number of completed apartments alone will reach 2,181 apartments, equivalent to 76.63% of the target.
To achieve the goal, the province has proactively arranged land funds in zoning and detailed planning projects; at the same time, required investors to reserve suitable land funds for social housing development in accordance with regulations.
Khanh Hoa is also implementing specific mechanisms and policies to shorten procedures and speed up project progress, especially according to Resolution 201 (May 29, 2025) of the National Assembly and Decree 192 (July 1, 2025) of the Government.
