Accordingly, the social housing project in Thanh Hai resettlement area, Bao An ward, Khanh Hoa province, is invested by Sao Bien Real Estate Company Limited.
The project has a total land area of 1.9 hectares, divided into 2 areas with 4 blocks of 15-storey floating apartments, technical roofs and auxiliary works such as parks, sports fields, swimming pools, etc.
Started on August 19, 2025, the project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027 with a total of 1,352 apartments, with a population of about 5,400 people.
Of which, 1,155 social housing apartments have areas ranging from 31.5 m2 - 69 m2 and 197 commercial apartments have areas ranging from 45 m2 - 146 m2.
According to the investor, the expected unit price for social housing apartments (temporarily) is more than 17 million VND/m2, using the K coefficient according to floor location.
This unit price does not include 2% general ownership maintenance fee and 5% value-added tax (VAT).
For commercial apartments (temporarily calculated) priced at more than 24.5 million VND/m2, using the K coefficient according to floor location. This unit price does not include 2% general ownership maintenance fee and 10% VAT.
According to regulations, the application for social housing purchase is expected to start receiving the first phase in the first quarter of 2026.
According to the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province, in 2025, the whole province will have 2 social housing projects that have started construction, including: the social housing project in Thanh Hai resettlement area, the social housing project in the new urban area of Binh Son - Ninh Chu with a total of more than 3,700 apartments.
There are 2 social housing projects in Cam Nghia ward and MK Central City social housing projects under the Phu Ha new urban area project under construction with about 3,800 apartments.
Currently, Khanh Hoa has assigned 5 social housing projects to investors; 2 projects have been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for investment policy but have not yet selected investors.
