According to Decision No. 1645/QD-UBND dated June 30, 2026 approving the Detailed Planning Project at a scale of 1/500 of the new urban area in An Truong commune, the new urban area of An Truong has a scale of more than 65.7 ha, with an expected population scale of over 11,700 people. The new urban area of An Truong commune is planned adjacent to the road connecting Trang Due 3 Industrial Park, Da Do River and Xuan Dai village residential area.
The project is planned to be built with a synchronous and modern technical infrastructure system, including adjacent residential areas, villas, mixed-use apartments, educational, medical, commercial works, green trees, sports and social infrastructure, contributing to meeting urban development needs, creating motivation for socio-economic development of the locality in the coming time.
At the conference, the consulting unit presented an explanatory report on the planning project. An Truong Commune People's Committee also handed over the planning dossier to relevant units for management and implementation according to regulations.
