On September 10, the provincial Department of Construction issued an official dispatch on publicizing the selling prices of 3 social housing projects including: Social housing project in Bao Vinh ward, former Long Khanh city; Thai Thanh Thuan Loi Social Housing project; Apartment No. 5 and Apartment No. 6 - Apartment building area serving workers under the Housing Development Project of Bau Xeo Industrial Park Service Center, Trang Bom commune.
The Social Housing project in Bao Vinh ward, Long Khanh city (now Bao Vinh ward, Dong Nai province) invested by Thanh Thang Design and Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. has a total investment in social housing and townhouses of more than 463 billion VND.
The total floor area for social housing - townhouses for sale is 56,836 m2, including 16 blocks with nearly 600 apartments, with an area of 91.8 m2 - 96.5 m2. The selling price of 1m2 of the house floor is more than 9.2 million VND.
The Thai Thanh Thuan Loi Social Housing Project (Thuan Hoa 1 Hamlet, Thuan Loi Commune, Dong Nai Province) is invested by Thuan Loi Thai Thanh Real Estate Company Limited. The project has a scale of 0.966 hectares, including 138 low-rise townhouses.
The selling price of social housing (1 ground floor, 1 upper floor) for regular apartments is more than 7.2 million VND/m2 of floor space; corner apartments are more than 7.8 million VND/m2 of floor space and apartments adjacent to the park are more than 7.7 million VND/m2 of floor space.
The selling price of social housing (1 ground floor) for regular apartments is more than 8 million VND/m2 of floor space; corner apartments are more than 8.7 million VND/m2 of floor space and apartments adjacent to the park are more than 8.6 million VND/m2 of floor space.
Apartment No. 5 and Apartment No. 6 - Apartment building area serving workers under the Bau Xeo Industrial Park Service Center Housing Development Project built in Trang Bom commune, Dong Nai province, invested by Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company. Of which, apartment number 5 has 98 apartments and apartment number 6 has 107 apartments. The apartments have an area of about 31-70 m2.
For apartment No. 5, the price of apartments on the first floor is more than 11.8 million VND/m2, floors 2, 3, 4 are more than 9.3 million VND/m2 and the 5th floor is more than 8.7 million VND/m2.
For apartment No. 6, the price of apartments on the first floor is more than 11.4 million VND/m2, the second floor is more than 8.7 million VND/m2, the third floor is more than 6.8 million VND/m2, the fourth floor is more than 4.9 million VND/m2 and the fifth floor is more than 4 million VND/m2.
On September 10, Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company began receiving applications to buy social housing, until the number of apartments was sold out.
