Reflecting to iHanoi, citizens said that since February 2024, the family has repeatedly sent petitions to the People's Committee of Thuan An commune, Hanoi requesting to handle the acts of illegal construction and encroachment on public walkways of Mr. P.V. B, P.H. A, P.D. C.
According to reports, the above individuals have built an illegal wall at the common walkway, directly affecting the legitimate right to travel of surrounding households.

Citizens said that they have continuously sent petitions from 2024 to date, and also reflected through iHanoi, as well as sent petitions directly to local authorities to request handling of the case.
However, in reality, the violating project still exists to this day; there have been no coercive dismantling measures.
Faced with this situation, citizens ask the question: Why has a clear construction order violation at a public walkway lasted for nearly 2 years and has not been resolved? Citizens hope to receive active involvement from functional forces.
Answering citizens' feedback on the iHanoi application, Thuan An Commune People's Committee said: On March 6, 2026, the Chairman of Thuan An Commune People's Committee issued Decision No. 779/QD-CCXP on coercive enforcement to implement remedial measures against Mr. P.V. B, P.H. A, P.D. C due to administrative violations.
Along with that, the Economic - Infrastructure Department has advised the Commune People's Committee to issue a plan to enforce the violating construction in accordance with the law.
