Most recently, the villa at 15 Hung Vuong, Ward 10, Da Lat City has just been successfully auctioned for rent at a price of more than 1.7 billion VND/year.
The winning bidder was Anh Duong Trading Service Joint Stock Company (Da Lat City) with a price of 1.7 billion VND/year, 0.6% higher than the approved price of 1.699 billion VND/year.
The auctioned property for lease includes a 3-storey villa with a total floor area of 619m2; the auctioned land area for lease is 1,922m2 with the purpose of land use being commercial services. This villa is owned by the State and managed by the State after 1975.
This is a group 2 villa with architectural, landscape, historical and cultural values, so it cannot be sold but can only be auctioned for lease with a 50-year land use right lease.
The winning bidder must pay a one-time payment for a 10-year period of more than 17 billion VND. After the 10-year period, the land rental price will be adjusted according to the law at the time of adjustment. In the rental price of more than 17 billion VND/10 years, there is more than 5.5 billion VND for renting assets on the land and more than 11.5 billion VND for renting land use rights.
