According to the People's Committee of Da Nang City, the total number of houses and land in Da Nang City is currently 1,681 facilities, and in Quang Nam Province is 2,610 facilities. The number of existing offices in Da Nang City is 112, in Quang Nam Province is 509.
Therefore, the People's Committee of Da Nang City has allocated its headquarters specifically to the Party agencies: the Party Committee Office at the headquarters of 72 Bach Dang. The Organizing Committee of the Party Committee at 98 and 100 Le Loi. Party Committee of Party agencies, headquarters at 47 Xo Nghe Tinh. The Party Committee of the City People's Committee at 18 Phan Dinh Phung. The City Party Inspection Committee at 102 Le Loi and 03 Le Lai. The Internal Affairs Committee of the City Party Committee at 295 Nguyen Chi Thanh and 54A Le Hong Phong.
Da Nang Newspaper operates at 525 Tran Hung Dao (repaired) and temporarily at 33 Le Loi. Specifically, Da Nang will renovate and repair a number of existing works such as house No. 4 Tran Phu, boarding area of Le Quy Don High School, C Block C Social Affairs of E2 area of Nam Cau Cam Le residential area and a student dormitory in the west of Hoa Khanh to build houses for rent. In addition, the city is speeding up the progress of social housing projects, expected to provide thousands of apartments in the coming years, creating conditions for officials to buy houses to stabilize their lives.
To ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of the plan, Da Nang has also proposed that the Central Government consider and supplement specific policies and mechanisms on social housing development, supporting officials who have to relocate due to administrative unit arrangement. At the same time, the city proposes to be autonomous in deciding on the number of social housing and the group of subjects given priority to buy a house without drawing lots.
