Da Nang leases nearly 350 social apartments in two major projects

    On March 11, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City has just announced the receipt of applications for social housing rental in two major projects, providing nearly 350 apartments to people.

    This time, Saigon Thuan Phuoc Green Real Estate Joint Stock Company opened the registration of 38 apartments in phase 2 (block B2) of the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park Social Housing Apartment Complex project (Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City). The apartment area ranges from 63.96m2 to 69.96m2, with a rental price of 48,000 VND/m2/month (including 5% VAT, excluding 2% maintenance fee).

    Workers working at enterprises in industrial parks will be given priority for approval. Registration documents are received from April 5 to April 15 and the subjects are eligible to register according to the provisions of Clauses 1 to 11, Article 76 of the Housing Law, except for the subjects in Clause 7 who have enjoyed housing support policies for the People's Armed Forces.

    At the same time, Saigon - Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company also received applications to rent 296 social apartments at the B4-2 Social Housing Apartment project, Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area. Apartments with an area of 36m2 to 70m2, rental price of 78,000 VND/m2/month (including 5% VAT and 2% maintenance fee).
