On June 18, the Land Acquisition Enforcement Board of the Lang Van Tourism and Resort Urban Complex project (Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City) issued a notice inviting 15 households to receive back inventoryed assets after the land acquisition enforcement at the end of May.
According to the Enforcement Board, from May 26 to May 30, the authorities have carried out the compulsory land recovery of phase 2 of the project for households that do not hand over the site. During the implementation process, some families did not move their assets themselves or were not present to receive them, forcing the authorities to make a record of inventory, seal and take them for preservation in accordance with regulations.
The list of 15 households and individuals requested to be contacted includes Mr. Pham Tam (plot No. 36, 37); Mr. Nguyen Van Truong (plot 500); Mr. Le Tien Dung and Le Minh Ngoc (plot 31); Mr. Le Dinh (plot 5); Mr. Ngo Quang Dong (plot 1); Mr. Nguyen Danh (plot 167); Mr. Le Van Quan (plot 7); Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoa and Ms. Tran Thi Manh (plot 89); Mr. Huynh Chung, Nguyen (Van) Thuong, Huynh Thi Tien (plot 88); Mr. Huynh Chung (plot 63); Mr. Tran Van Binh (plot 68); Mr. Ho Thien Vu (plot 65); Mr. Pham (Van) and Mr. Pham Dong (plot 179); Mr. Pham Van Dong (plot 24.4) and Mr. Pham Dong (plot 169).
The competent authority requests that households named in the above list urgently contact the People's Committee of Hoa Hiep Bac Ward, address at 20 Nguyen Phuoc Chu, Lien Chieu District, for instructions on procedures for receiving property back. The deadline for doing this is 60 days from June 18. After the above deadline, if households do not come to receive them, all assets will be handled according to the provisions of law.
