Accordingly, households and individuals who are signing a contract to rent a house belonging to public property with the Housing Management and Exploitation Center in Hoa Minh apartment complex, if they meet the conditions for resettlement support, will be able to choose 1 of the 2 options.
Option 1 is to continue to be arranged by the State to rent out a social housing apartment belonging to public property in Thanh Khe district or neighboring districts.
Option 2 is to resolve the purchase of a social housing apartment from non-budgetary sources in the city, in one of the following projects: Social housing in An Hoa Residential Area (Sun Home); social housing apartment at lot B4-2 in Bau Tram Lakeside urban area; Apartment No. 10 Trinh Cong Son; Hoa Minh Apartment and other social housing projects under implementation.
In case of choosing to buy social housing at apartments No. 10 Trinh Cong Son and Hoa Minh Apartment, they will be provided with temporary accommodation or support for house rental during the construction period, the support level is 50% according to the provisions of Decision No. 31/2024/QD-UBND.
The support only applies to tenants whose houses are revoked according to Point g, Clause 1, Article 127 of the Housing Law 2023. In other cases, the Housing Management and Exploitation Center will carry out the recovery without applying this plan.
The person choosing option 1 must ensure the conditions according to Decision No. 47/2024/QD-UBND; opting option 2 must meet the conditions according to the Housing Law 2023 and Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP (except for the condition of not being able to rent social housing in Da Nang).
The city will exempt or reduce rent for meritorious people, poor households, near-poor households, and social protection beneficiaries according to current regulations. Additional support for particularly difficult cases and house handover progress bonuses. The support fund is from the budget, assigned to Thanh Khe District People's Committee to pay and settle according to regulations.
