On the morning of September 16, Da Nang City People's Committee coordinated with Trainco Binh Dinh Co., Ltd. to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of the Le Kim Lang Social Housing Project in Hoa Xuan ward. The project has a total investment of more than 489 billion VND, expected to be completed and handed over in the second quarter of 2028.
Le Kim Lang Social Housing Project is invested by Trainco Binh Dinh Co., Ltd. The project is implemented on a land area of about 0.7ha, with a scale of 1 12-story apartment building block and 1 basement, providing about 326 apartments. Apartments have diverse areas from 45 - 70m2.
According to the representative of the investor, the project is synchronously planned with a technical system and social infrastructure with full essential amenities such as: kindergarten, children's playground, green campus, sports area, convenience supermarket and community living room.
To achieve the highest efficiency of the project, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Quang Nam requested the investor and construction units to fully focus manpower, equipment, and financial resources; organize scientific construction, strictly control quality, progress, labor safety, fire prevention and fighting and environmental sanitation. Absolutely comply with design documents, standards, legal regulations and do not underestimate quality or safety because of progress requirements.
In addition, city leaders noted that post-investment management and operation must be synchronously prepared, ensuring that technical systems, parking areas, landscapes and utilities operate safely and economically.
In particular, the appraisal, signing of contracts and handover of apartments must ensure publicity, transparency, the right subjects, the right conditions and regulations; not to let the situation of policy profiteering, transfer or use of social housing for the wrong purpose occur" - Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Quang Nam emphasized.
The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee also requested departments, agencies, branches and local authorities to continue to accompany and proactively remove difficulties and obstacles for businesses; strengthen inspection and supervision of construction quality. Credit institutions and banks need to coordinate to implement appropriate credit programs, creating conditions for homebuyers to have access to preferential loans with clear and convenient procedures.
