According to published information, the social housing area has a land area of about 25,681 m2, including 4 15-story apartment blocks and a tum. The total number of apartments is 1,880 units, with a total expected floor area of about 153.616 m2.
Among these, the investor plans to sell a maximum of 80% of the apartments, and rent a minimum of 20% of the apartments.
In addition to the social housing area, the project also has a commercial housing area with an area of about 6,372 m2, a scale of about 68 apartments, 5 floors high and tum. The total planned floor area is about 32,774 m2.
The project also includes a kindergarten with a land area of about 4,536 m2, scale of about 350 students, 3 floors high and tum, construction density of 40%. The total expected floor area is about 5,988 m2. The kindergarten is built, completed, managed, used and organized for business by the investor according to regulations. The investment capital for this project is not included in the selling price of social housing.
The investor plans to deploy the construction of construction items and put the project into operation and exploitation within 2 years from the date of the land allocation decision of the competent authority. Regarding capital sources, the investor plans to use equity, borrowed capital and other legally mobilized capital sources. The progress of capital contribution and capital mobilization is implemented according to the project progress.
