This is an important preparation step to determine financial obligations when changing the land use purpose from trade and service to residential land.
Consulting package is valued at VND 137,153,098 (including VAT and related expenses), with 30 days of implementation time from signing the contract. The form of contractor selection is a shortened contractor. Interested units may submit their capacity documents and dispatches to participate within 7 days from the date of the issuance notice (10.4).
Phu Gia Compound Project is one of 9 projects and 31 public houses related to Mr. Phan Van Anh Vu (Vu "aluminum") by the Security Agency investigating and the People's Committee of Da Nang City to coordinate to verify and clarify the violations in the implementation of the purchase and sale of state -owned land in Da Nang City in accordance with the conclusion of the Central Inspection Committee.
