On June 24, Da Nang City People's Committee issued a decision approving the land use right auction plan at the Hoa Phuoc Wholesale Market project, located in Hoa Xuan ward.
According to the approved plan, the land area for auction has a total area of 298,575m2, planned as land used for public purposes to build a wholesale market. The land is located in a convenient location for trade and traffic connection when it borders Nam Ky Khoi Nghia road to the North, National Highway 1A to the West, and National Highway 1A connecting planned roads through the Ngu Hanh Son area to the South and Cai river to the East. For this land area, the State applies the form of land lease with one-time payment for the entire lease term, with a land use term of 50 years from the date of issuance of the land lease decision.
The Hoa Phuoc Wholesale Market project has a total estimated investment capital of about 1,620 billion VND from the investor's non-budget capital. After winning the auction, the responsible unit is obliged to implement the investment project in accordance with the approved plan, and at the same time carry out ground leveling, completion and synchronous connection of technical infrastructure according to the 1/500 detailed plan. The implementation progress of the entire project is specifically specified as within 36 months from the date of issuance of the land lease decision.
The City People's Committee's plan determines that the auction of land use rights at the project will be implemented online by bidding method. The auction is expected to take place in the third or fourth quarter of 2026. The expected starting price of the land plot is 1,798,132 VND/m2, in which this price does not include costs related to ground leveling and technical infrastructure investment.
To ensure the set progress, Da Nang City People's Committee has assigned the City Land Fund Development Center to be responsible for presiding over and closely coordinating with relevant agencies and units to urgently complete the next procedures and organize land use right auctions in accordance with current legal regulations.
