On February 12, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang City announced that it had issued Document No. 51/TB-STNMT signed by Mr. Tran Quoc Hung - Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang City on inviting units to participate in consulting on determining specific land prices as a basis for determining the starting price for auctioning land use rights for the land plot at 16 Bach Dang (Thach Thang Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City).
In particular, this unit needs to determine the specific land price as the basis for determining the starting price for the auction of land use rights for the land plot at 16 Bach Dang, Thach Thang Ward. The time for determining the price is when the City People's Committee approves the auction plan. In case the City People's Committee does not approve the auction plan, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will cancel the Contract with the winning bidder. The bid package price is more than 71 million VND, including value added tax and other related costs.
The land and housing facility at 16 Bach Dang has an area of 1,799m2. The People's Committee of Da Nang City leased it to Bac Nam 79 Construction Joint Stock Company (owned by Phan Van Anh Vu) for a period of 50 years. This land has two frontages on Bach Dang and Tran Phu streets.
Previously, in May 2024, Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Le Trung Chinh signed a document to cancel the order to freeze and suspend asset transactions of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien (wife of Mr. Phan Van Anh Vu) and related companies.
