Recently, Hoa Phat Group has launched 2 projects of Hoa Tam Industrial Park and Bai Goc port.
Of which, Hoa Tam Industrial Park has a land use scale of nearly 492 hectares, with a total investment of more than VND 4,188 billion.
Bai Goc Port has a scale of 12 wharves, capable of receiving ships with a capacity of up to 220,000 DWT with a total investment of about VND 16,300 billion.
According to the Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee has a policy to prepare resettlement areas to serve the implementation of the investment project to build and operate the infrastructure of Hoa Tam Industrial Park - Phase 1 and the investment project to build Bai Goc port.
Accordingly, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee has agreed to use existing resettlement areas including: 215 lots in Phu Lac Resettlement Area, about 140 lots in My Hoa Resettlement Area and 492 lots in Hoa Tam Resettlement Area.
The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board to develop an investment policy for 3 resettlement areas combined with residential areas, including technical infrastructure projects for resettlement areas to serve the relocation of households affected by the implementation of the construction of the Nam Phu Yen Economic Zone.
