On June 21, the Department of Construction of Dak Lak province said that the unit had just issued a plan to organize the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Social Housing Project in Phuoc Hau neighborhood, Binh Kien ward.
The project is expected to contribute to supplementing the housing fund for low-income people, workers, laborers and social housing policy beneficiaries in the province.
The social housing project in Phuoc Hau neighborhood is implemented according to Decision No. 1131/QD-UBND dated April 7, 2026 of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee on approving the investment policy, and at the same time assigning the investor to implement the project.
The investor is a joint venture including Nang Ban Mai Investment Group Joint Stock Company, Phu Tai Joint Stock Company and Huy Thien Phu Trading - Service Joint Stock Company.
The project has a land use scale of about 19,743m2, of which the construction land area is about 9,872m2.
The project belongs to the social housing apartment type, with a maximum combined construction density of 50%, a maximum height of 7 above-ground floors and can arrange a basement for parking, technical systems, fire prevention and fighting. The total construction floor area is expected to be about 69,100m2.
When completed, the project will provide about 690 social housing apartments, with an area of 35m2 to 70m2 each, meeting the housing needs of about 2,515 people.
The total investment of the project is about 783 billion VND, the expected implementation time is 36 months from the date of land handover on the ground.
Mr. Le Hung - Deputy Director of Dak Lak Department of Construction affirmed that the project implementation creates momentum and determination to implement the province's social housing development goals.
The project contributes to concretizing the policy of the Party, State and Government in developing housing for low-income people, workers, laborers and groups entitled to housing support policies.
Besides the social security significance, the project is considered one of the solutions contributing to completing the social housing development target for the 2026-2030 period of Dak Lak province.
The investor and related units are required to implement the project in accordance with the plan, ensuring progress, construction quality, labor safety, environmental sanitation and investment efficiency.
