Dak Nong proposes to bid for 3 projects using land of more than 263 hectares

Dak Nong has 3 land plots of about 263.5 hectares that ensure conditions for bidding for investment projects using land in the province.

On April 19, the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee submitted a document to the Provincial People's Council proposing to issue a resolution on the list of land plots for bidding for investment projects using land in the area.

Through the review, the province determined that there are 3 land areas that are eligible to be included in the list, including: The project of the ecological, commercial and service urban area along the Serepok river in Tam Thang commune and Ea T'ling town, Cu cut district, with an area of about 225 hectares.

The project is expected to organize a bidding to select investors in 2025.

Tuy Duc Wind Power Plant Project, implemented in Dak Buk So Commune, Tuy Duc District, has an area of about 17.5 hectares. The expected time to organize the bidding is in the period of 2026 - 2030.

Tuy Duc 10 Wind Power Plant Project, deployed in Dak Buk So, Quang Truc and Quang Tam communes, Tuy Duc district, with an area of about 21 hectares. The project is expected to bid to select investors in the period of 2026 - 2030.

The Provincial People's Committee said that the above projects have been added to the Plan to implement the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, according to Decision No. 1682 dated December 28, 2024 of the Prime Minister.

These projects are also in accordance with the Provincial Planning and land use planning until 2030.
