The Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board in coordination with Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just organized an auction of residential land use rights for 15 plots of land in the Tam Hiep Inner Gate area (Hat Mon commune, Hanoi).
Attending the auction were members of the Land Use Rights Auction Council of Hat Mon commune; representatives of Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company and customers participating in the auction.
Accordingly, the 15 plots of land auctioned at the Inner Gate area of Tam Hiep this time have symbols from LK01-01 to LK01-15 with areas from 90m2 to 115.01m2; total area of 1,471.44m2. Starting price 6,452,000 VND/m2. The price step for round 1 is 63,548,000 VND/m2; for round 2, round 3, the minimum price step is 200,000 VND/m2.
The auction is conducted in the form of auction for each plot of land, with direct secret ballot in the auction of a maximum of 3 rounds. The auction winner is the person with a valid bid and the highest bid. In case there are many customers bidding at the same price, if there is 1 customer who does not agree to the auction, the auctioneer will organize a draw to determine the winner.
At the end of the session, 15 plots of land in the inner gate area were successfully auctioned with the highest bid of 117,000,000 VND/m2; the lowest bid was 92,800,000 VND/m2.
