Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 39 land plots in Cu Nguyen area, Phong Trieu village, Phu Xuyen commune, Hanoi city.
According to the announcement, 39 land plots have a total area of 5,286.30 m2, starting price of 4,538,000 VND/m2. The price step applied for the first auction round is 20,000,000 VND/m2; from the second auction round onwards is 1,000,000 VND/m2.
Land plots with residential land use purposes in rural areas, long-term use, allocated land by the State with land use fees.
The time to refer to, buy and submit applications to participate in the auction is from 8:00 AM on July 31 to 5:00 PM on August 12 (during office hours) at the Phu Xuyen Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board and Auction Partnership Company No. 5 - National.
Auction participants must pay a deposit of 35% of the land plot value calculated according to the starting auction price. The specific deposit amount is specified in the auction invitation dossier.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on August 16 at the Hall of Phu Xuyen Commune Cultural House (Thao Chinh sub-area, Phu Xuyen commune, Hanoi city).
Next, on August 21, there will be an auction of residential land use rights for 12 land plots (zones A and B) belonging to the project to build technical infrastructure for the land auction area ĐG06, ring road area, Sai Son commune, old Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city and 2 land plots belonging to the project to build technical infrastructure for the land auction area ĐG02/2019, Son Trung village, Yen Son commune, old Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city (now Quoc Oai commune, Hanoi city).
The total area of land plots is 1,274.60 m2, with a starting price from 10,499,500 VND/m2 to 17,045,000 VND/m2.
The time to refer to, buy and submit applications to participate in the auction is from 8:00 AM on July 15 to 5:00 PM on August 18 (during office hours) at the Project Management Board for Investment - Infrastructure of Quoc Oai commune and Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on August 21 at the Quoc Oai Commune General Service Center (Phu Quoc village, Quoc Oai commune, Hanoi city).
