The Ninh Binh Provincial Property Auction Service Center has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 200 plots of residential land in the resettlement area and concentrated residential area, Nghia Son commune, Ninh Binh province.
The plots of land have an area of 92 - 245.3m2, starting price from 6 - 17.5 million VND/m2. The deposit ranges from 120 - 512 million VND/plot. The land allocated with land use fees collected in the form of auctions, the purpose of use is rural land, long-term.
The auction is a direct vote, 1 round for each plot of land at the auction; bid in m2, the bid is not unique to hundreds of VND; vote simultaneously for all plots of land eligible to participate in the auction. The auction method is to bid up.
Customers can view information on auctioned assets at the headquarters of the Ninh Binh Provincial Property Auction Service Center; Center Representative Office in Nam Dinh Ward, Ninh Binh Province; Center Representative Office in Phu Van Ward, Ninh Binh Province; and at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Nghia Son Commune, Ninh Binh Province.
Time and place for selling documents to invite to participate in the auction and receiving documents to participate in the auction (during office hours) from 8:00 a.m. on September 24, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on October 7, 2025 at the Center's headquarters and the Center's representative offices.
The auction will be held at 8:00 a.m. on October 10, 2025 at the hall of the People's Committee of Nghia Son commune, Ninh Binh province. Participating customers must be present 30 minutes in advance to complete the procedures to enter the auction room.
