On February 4, according to PV's investigation, Tam Nong Commune People's Committee (Phu Tho province) in coordination with Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company will organize a public auction of land use rights for 124 land plots in the commune on February 11.
According to the announcement, the auction is scheduled to take place at 7:30 am at the Hall of Tam Nong Commune People's Committee.
The land plots put up for auction have an area from 108m2 to 145m2, with a unified starting price of 10 million VND/m2. The total starting value of each plot ranges from more than 1.08 billion VND to 1.45 billion VND.
Some land plots with large areas include: plot LK2-1 (145m2), LK7-1 (136m2); while smaller plots such as LK1-13 have an area of 108m2.
People who want to participate in the auction can directly view the assets from January 27 to 29, 2026 (during office hours) in the area of land plots in Tam Nong commune.
Auction documents are sold from January 26 to the end of February 6, 2026 at the headquarters of Phu Tho Joint Venture Auction Company (Viet Tri ward) and the Economic Department of Tam Nong commune.
The subjects participating in the auction are individuals who meet the conditions to be allocated land by the State according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and the 2016 Property Auction Law (amended and supplemented in 2024).
Auction participation documents and deposits must be completed before 5:00 PM on February 6, 2026. Participants deposit deposits into the account of Phu Tho Joint Venture Auction Company opened at the Agriculture and Rural Development Bank (Agribank) Phu Tho branch. Each deposit amount is only applied to one land plot.
The auction form is carried out by indirect ballots using the up-pricing method. The winning bid price will be publicly announced at the ballot opening session on the morning of February 11.
Representatives of the organizing unit noted that auction participants need to be present at least 30 minutes before the price announcement time to complete procedures, and bring valid personal papers and prepaid payment documents as prescribed.
