On February 4, according to PV's investigation, Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company issued a notice about organizing an auction of land use rights for 31 land plots in Da Cu area and Con Loe area (zone 7), Tam Nong commune, Phu Tho province.
According to published information, the total area of 31 land plots is about 3,350m2. The starting price is determined from 8–10 million VND/m2, with a total estimated starting value of more than 28.3 billion VND.
The deposit amount for each land plot ranges from 100 million VND to 430 million VND, based on the area and specific value. The selling price of auction participation dossiers is 100,000 VND or 200,000 VND/dossier, depending on each land plot.
The actual asset viewing time takes place from January 26 to 28 at the location of the auctioned land plots.
The dossier sale was carried out from 8:00 AM on January 23 to 5:00 PM on February 5 at the headquarters of Phu Tho Joint Venture Auction Company or the Economic Department of Tam Nong commune.
The price announcement and auction ticket opening are expected to be held at 8:00 AM on February 10th at the Hall of Tam Nong Commune People's Committee.
The auction is conducted in the form of indirect voting, the method of raising bids. Individuals participating in the auction must fully meet the conditions according to the provisions of the Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15 and the Law on Property Auction, and complete the dossier and deposit money on time.
