The Property Auction Service Center - Hai Phong City Department of Justice has just successfully organized a land use right auction for 33 land plots belonging to residential areas planned in Truong Tan commune.
The total land area put up for auction is 4,474.2 m2. The land plots are located in locations with advantages in traffic, synchronous infrastructure and belonging to the long-term development plan of the locality, including Residential Area No. 1 Quang Minh, New Coi Ha Residential Area and Interspersed Residential Area of An Cu 1 village.
According to the Organizing Committee, from the date of dossier issuance (May 13) to the end of dossier receipt at 4:00 PM on May 27, more than 300 dossiers were eligible to participate in the auction. The large number of dossiers shows the people's interest in the residential land market in the area.
The auction was organized in the form of indirect voting for each land plot, applying the method of raising bids according to the unit price of land use rights/m2. As a result, the highest winning bid price reached 27.699 million VND/m2, while the lowest winning price was 16.666 million VND/m2.
The successful auction of 33 land plots not only contributes to increasing local budget revenue but also creates conditions for the formation and development of new residential areas, meeting the housing needs of people.
At the same time, this is also a driving force to promote rural embellishment, improve infrastructure and contribute to the socio-economic development of Truong Tan commune in the coming time.
