Auction of 32 land plots in Cam Khe commune, Phu Tho

Phu Tho - 32 land plots in Cam Khe commune are about to be auctioned, starting from 960 million VND.

LTA Partnership Auction Company has just issued Notice No. 01/TB-DG on organizing auctions of land use rights for 32 residential land plots in Cam Khe commune, Phu Tho province.

According to the announcement, the auctioned assets are owned by the Cam Khe Commune People's Committee, including 29 land plots in the Vuc Cau area and 3 land plots in the Cay Com area (Tan Lap area). The common area of land plots is about 96m2, some plots have an area of 96.1 – 96.2m2.

The starting price is determined at 10 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 960 - 962 million VND/box of land. Auction participants must pay a deposit equal to 20% of the starting price, about 192 million VND/box.

The selling price of bidding documents is 100,000 VND/set, the application price step is 100,000 VND/m2. The starting price does not include taxes, fees, and charges related to the transfer of land use rights as prescribed.

The time for issuing and receiving dossiers is from 7:30 AM on January 20 to 5:00 PM on February 4, 2026 at the headquarters of LTA Partnership Auction Company (Hung Vuong Street, Nong Trang Ward, Phu Tho).

Participants are arranged to see the actual site of the land plots from January 26 to 28, 2026 during office hours.

The price announcement ceremony is expected to be held at 8:00 AM on February 9, 2026 at the Cam Khe Commune Conference Center. The auction form is indirect voting, using the up-price method.

Individuals and organizations participating in the auction must be subject to land allocation by the State according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law, and at the same time meet the conditions according to the Law on Property Auction and related legal documents.
