Ms. Ha Thi Nga clearly stated that in the past term, the Party and State have continued to promulgate and synchronously implement guidelines and policies, creating a solid foundation to promote the strength of the great national unity.
Over the past 5 years, under the leadership of the Party and close coordination of authorities at all levels, the Vietnam Fatherland Front has strongly innovated its content and methods of operation.
Promote propaganda and mobilization of all classes of people to strengthen consensus, unity and social stability. Effectively implement patriotic emulation movements and major campaigns.

Implementing the policy of arranging and streamlining the organizational structure of the political system, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have been consolidated in the direction of streamlining, ensuring unified, effective and efficient operation.
The post-arranged apparatus gradually went into smooth operation, promoting coordination strength and strengthening cohesion in the system.
To promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, the Vietnam Fatherland Front proposed that the Party and State continue to create a comprehensive breakthrough in awareness, organization and policy mechanisms so that the viewpoint of "taking the people as the focus, subject, goal and driving force of innovation" must be deeply understood, turning the spirit of great unity into concrete, practical, and effective actions.
Strengthen the mechanism of implementing democracy and transparency, ensuring that people participate in opinions, supervision and substantive social criticism; and at the same time request all levels of government and socio-political organizations to fulfill the responsibility of clearly explaining people's petitions.
At that time, the great national unity will certainly become an important lever, promoting the country to develop and be steadfast in the face of global changes.
For the Fatherland Front, more than ever, it is necessary to promote the role of political alliance, voluntary union of political organizations, socio-political organizations, social organizations and typical individuals in all classes, social classes, ethnicities, religions, and overseas Vietnamese.
Continue to strongly and comprehensively innovate the content, methods and operating mechanisms, focusing on people's livelihoods and democracy; improve the quality of the contingent of cadres, consolidate and operate the organizational system according to the new model and coordination mechanism in the direction of "one task - one focal point - one deadline - one result".
The Vietnam Fatherland Front continues to preside over the implementation of social supervision and criticism programs nationwide on practical issues, draft laws and legal normative documents according to regulations, ensuring effectiveness and substance.
Continue to propose institutionalization into a mandatory process with the motto: "People know, people discuss, people do, people check, people supervise, people benefit"; strengthen the mechanism of direct dialogue, periodically organize "Monday of listening to people speak", apply technology and digital transformation to promptly listen, expand connection, receive and respond to people's opinions 24/7 on the Digital Front platform.
Thereby, the Fatherland Front must truly be a place where people send their trust, a place where all people's voices are heard and respected, that is also the way to create consensus and social trust.
