Continue to strongly innovate legislative thinking in the direction of constructive development, improving the capacity to institutionalize the Party's guidelines and policies into laws in parallel with strengthening supervision and inspection of the institutionalization and implementation of Party resolutions and State laws.
Closely follow the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and the direction of the Politburo to build and effectively organize the action program of the National Assembly Party Committee and orient the legislative program for the entire term.
