Recently, National Auction Company No. 5 announced that on October 31, it will hold an auction of assets of the People's Committee of Ba Vi district (Hanoi).
Accordingly, 27 plots of land in Dong Cong area and one plot of land in Van Trai village's Food area, Tay Dang town, Ba Vi district will be put up for auction.
The plots of land have an area of 65 - 121m2/plot, with starting prices from 2.9 - 3.1 million VND/m2. This is a record low price compared to the districts that have announced land auctions in the past. The auction was held at the hall of the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Ba Vi district.
On October 19, an auction of 27 plots of land will take place in Ha Dong district, Hanoi. The plots of land auctioned in Ha Dong district have an area of 48-72m2 in Ha Khau copper area, Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area, Chua Sau area and Duoc area in three wards including Phu Luong, Yen Nghia and Duong Noi, with a starting price of 22.8-32.2 million VND/m2; the deposit for each plot ranges from over 200 - 400 million VND.
According to the plan, the auction will be conducted in the form of direct voting in many rounds and through at least 5-11 mandatory rounds.
On October 21, the auction of 40 residential land plots belonging to the Technical Infrastructure Project of the auctioned land in Van Diem commune, Thuong Tin district (Hanoi) is scheduled to take place.
The plots of land have an area of 128 - 265.2m2/plot with a starting price of 3.8 million VND/m2. The total area of 40 auctioned plots is 6,530m2. The auction is organized in the form of auctioning each plot of land by direct secret ballot in multiple rounds (minimum 6 rounds) and by ascending bid method. The step price is 3.5 million VND/m2.
The auction was held at the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Thuong Tin district (Hanoi).
On October 31, the People's Committee of Hop Tien commune organized an auction of 18 plots of land in two communes: Hung Tien; Hop Tien (My Duc district, Hanoi). The plots of land have an area of 64 - 170m2/plot with a starting price of 2.3 - 2.5 million VND/m2.
The auction will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the People's Committee Hall of Hop Tien Commune, My Duc District. The auction will be conducted by direct voting with an ascending price method.
Recently, the Hanoi People's Committee has also requested the City Police to consider professional measures to promptly detect violations of land auctions, and guide the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to take measures to prevent violations of auction regulations from continuing to participate in auctions.
In addition, the police force needs to propose solutions to prevent and limit continued participation in auctions for those who have participated in auctions, paid unusually high prices to win auctions but did not pay the auction winning money as prescribed.
