On November 21, according to Lao Dong's source, Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company - Lao Cai Branch has just issued document No. 13/2004 announcing the auction of assets which are land use rights to select investors to implement the Cau May Ward Commercial Housing Project, Sa Pa Town, Lao Cai Province.
According to the document, the total land area used to implement the project is 80,085.8m2. Of which, urban residential land is 33,018m2 (including adjacent land and villa land); commercial service land is 5,530m2; traffic land, trees and other types of land is 41,537.8m2.
The starting auction price for urban residential land is 25,298 million VND/m2; for commercial and service land is 15,435 million VND/m2.
It is known that to participate in the auction, investors need to deposit about 184 billion VND in advance.
Property viewing takes place continuously for 2 days 25-26/11/2024. Auction time is 9/12/2024.
Previously, on November 1, Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to organize an auction of land use rights to select an investor to build a commercial housing area on this land.
After that, Sa Pa Town Land Fund Development Center appointed Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company - Lao Cai Branch as the auction organizer.
